Kavita Sharma, Professor of Economics at the Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru. "Businesses face higher logistics costs, delays in service delivery, and challenges in attracting and retaining talent who are increasingly wary of the poor quality of life.
For a city that thrives on its human capital, this infrastructure deficit poses a serious threat to its competitive edge and future investment prospects."
